Plans & Trials

Every new Markup AI organization starts on a free trial, and when you’re ready you pick a plan from the Billing page in the console. This page explains the trial and what each plan includes; for subscribing, changing plans, and invoices, see Manage Your Subscription.

The free trial

Every organization begins with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required, and you get the full product while you evaluate it.

• When the trial ends, access pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted — your style guides, terminology, and settings are saved, and everything picks up where you left off once you subscribe.
• Ready before the 30 days are up? Subscribe anytime; paid billing starts when you complete checkout.

Plans

Markup AI has two self-serve plans plus Enterprise. Both self-serve plans are a flat price with unlimited users — you never pay per seat — billed monthly or annually (annual billing works out cheaper per month). Current prices are on the pricing page.

Enterprise adds custom word volume, single sign-on, groups and fine-grained permissions, and contract-based billing managed by Markup AI — plan changes and invoicing go through your account team rather than the billing portal. Talk to us to get set up on Enterprise, or to discuss another arrangement that fits your organization.

Word allowances are soft limits

Your annual word allowance is a soft limit. We never interrupt a check because you crossed a line — if you’re consistently running above your plan, we’ll work with you to adjust your limits or tier.
